Organisation Risk Analysis is a structured approach to assess an organisation's capability to manage risk, both in their day-to-day work and for new initiatives.
Our approach can work for both profit and non-profit organisations across different sectors, which have established governance and processes in the identification and management of risks.
To deliver this approach, our service follows a series of steps:

An initial dialogue between one of our consultants and a key point of contact within your organisation where you can learn about our service in more detail, and where you could make an informed decision about whether to proceed.

Provision of a confidential online questionnaire for staff across your organisation to review how risks are perceived and approached by people in different levels of the organisation (e.g. board members, senior managers, operational managers etc).

Analysis of the results, and consultation with the point of contact in your organisation to identify key areas of focus for discussion, including highlighting any issues that have been identified.

A risk management workshop (typically ½ day) to present and discuss the analysis, and for your organisation to agree what it wishes to do to improve its risk management.

A final analysis report that can further inform and steer your organisation's next steps.
